Spinach Salad with Apples & Cashews

1 pkg organic fresh baby spinach
2 medium Pink Lady apples, diced
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 cup halved cashews

In a large bowl, combine spinach, apples, cashews & raisins. In a small bowl, whisk sugar, vinegar, oil, garlic & celery salts. Drizzle dressing over salad & toss to coat.
